I Like the place in general and the prices and have been there many times.... but ONE bad experience just ruined it for me, go in to get a pizza for my co workers on xmas eve, had a Native women, average weight and height, black hair, and a black apron with no name tag and a hat serve me. Ordered the deep dish pizza and she tells me it's going to be about a fifteen minute wait, and i was in a hurry so i asked if she had anything hot and ready. She said and quote "We have a pepperoni and cheese and a pretzel" So I go ok can I get a pizza and cheese, and she replied "Ok, that will be 10.35" so i asked if that was two pizzas and THEN THATS when she developed a freaking salty attitude that made me want to just walk out or talk to her supervisor, however i'm not the kind of person to cause a scene. Anyways, after i asked if it was two pizzas she developed the atitude and said "uuhhh yeah, you know pepperoni AND cheese, pepperoni OR cheese, kind of two seperate pizzas." Then after that she just developed one of THE NASTIEST customer service experiences I have had for this date.... I would suggest getting someone there who has been there a while, or just not go there in general... I could include everything she said and the tone she used, facial expressions, and so forth, but think I painted a good enough picture...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered pizza and was going to pay with gift card(Little Caesars gift card) that has never been used and I ran the gift card and it kept saying there was an error and I told the cashier that I know that the card hasn't been used so I know that there's money on it and basically the cashier looked at me and said well I don't know and I said okay I'll pay another way which I did. I went out to my car and looked up the card to see what the balance was on it and sure enough there was the same amount of money that was on there that should have been so when I went back in I said hey there's money on the card and I don't know why it was bringing up error and basically the kid just looked at me and said I don't know. The cashier didn't even offer to type the gift card number in the computer and run it that way nothing I got nothing from the kid so I called their customer service and complained about it because I just feel that I was treated very badly and nothing on there was done to help clarify the situation of why the card was not working. I've worked in customer service for many many years and I guarantee if I ever acted like the way this person did I would not have my job or I would not expect to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCrossed in to Little Caesar's tonight at 8 p.m. for a quick break after a long day only to find I'd lost my debit card. I discovered this before my order was rang up, so I told the nice young woman at the register that I'd have to go since I couldn't buy anything. She offered straight away to cover it out of her own pocket so I wouldn't go away hungry. Sadly I was a little overwhelmed by that random act of generosity, and didn't get her name. Did my best not to tear up though! She probably didn't know that I've been out of work for a while and looking, and that money is really tight. But she did something I'll never forget, and that's one more reason why I save up my money to occasionally buy an affordable and yummy...
