I was in town for business and had an issue with my laptop. The screen broke and it was not acting properly after I dropped on the floor with carpet:( I was completely in a panic because I needed to get my project completed as this was my reason for being in town.

I was fortunate to get a really nice guy to put my thoughts at ease and help me with my critical issue. Justin was so nice and helpful and had my laptop up and running "SAME DAY"! He also provided me additional information and went above and beyond to help me.

I was able to deliver on my project on time thanks to his help.

I have since come to find out he is the owner!! I can't say enough about my experience but say how impressed I am that even the owner provided me excellent service and "rolled up his sleeves" just to ensure my issue got prompt attention. I highly recommend to anyone to go to Citadel for absolutely any IT issues! Big shout out to...

I had a problem with my Nintendo switch called the “orange screen of death” and it was going to cost me $100 plus shipping if I had Nintendo fix it but took it in to Citadel and they fixed it for almost half that. And the day I got it back I played it for several hours and the next day the orange screen came back…So I took it back in to see what they could do about it and they fixed it again a little better this time but for NO EXTRA COST… they have awesome service and I’m glad they could get it fixed so quick even with two tries! Nintendo switch is working fine now...
