I don't know what I was thinking when I initially tried to just order one glass. Why have one glass for $7-10 when I can try 8+ different wines for $10?
The pours were on the small side, but there was plenty of wine served and we did get an offer to revisit favorites. I'm pretty sure the tasting fee would have been waived if we bought a bottle, but we have a few too many bottles at home so I decided to just stick with the tasting fee.
The employee was very nice and chatted with us more and more as the tasting progressed. And, when we joined the wine club, we got a handwritten note in the mail thanking us and I felt so valued and treated as more than just a customer. We're wine club members at other wineries but Clearwater Canyon goes out of their way to be superior.
In all,...
