I enjoy having the benefit of contacting a local computer company to assist me when I am having problems with computer type devices. I am not the most computer literate guy in town and I hate hate hate having to try to effectively communicate with Habib in God only knows country. I have used Chuck at Computer guy at least twice in the last 6 months or so. He offers reasonable and understandable solutions to whatever problem I may have created for myself. Of course I still blame the devices. The prices are fair considering I have a need for an expert to assist me and again, it is soooooo much better than trying to talk with someone in a foreign country. Sarah, David, and Shannon have also provided me assistance either through face to face contact or through remote access to my computer. This store and the staff are more than remarkable! I have had the simplest questions. They took their time with me on every little question. I had another much larger company " back up " my older computer. Let's just say that company lost several of my pictures and videos, which are truly irreplaceable considering I am a widow and my husband is no longer with us so truly they were gone. However I bring my new lap top and my old desk top to The Computer Guys, not kidding you they found pictures and videos that I thought were forever gone! I have been doing business with Chuck and Sarah for over a decade and I can tell you no better company exists. If you want superb customer service and tech help they can't be beat. They are extremely knowledgeable and take all the time needed to take care of their customer. Chuck is amazing and very patient as is Sarah. I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology.
