The Laundry Room — Local services in Lewistown

Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂 Clean establishment and working washers&dryers.. Beware Dryers get 🔥 🥵 HOT!!! so if you don't want anything to shrink only use .50 cents at 1st shot.. Out of Order on laundry detergent and fabric sheets dispenser but your given the option to buy a Dixie cup full for $1/cup🙄.. Wasn't very crowded when i went in on Sunday afternoon and the young gentleman that was there cleaning up was considerate and kind.. Updated 9/1/23: To say this situation at this laundromat has gotten ANY better is a huge mistake 😑 😐 go in this morning at 1am, there's a man asleep on the couch that smells like he hasn't bathed in weeks, there's two females in the back of the laundromat yelling profanity st one another and went to the bathroom AGAIN dirty, dirty, dirty... sink was full of dirt&toilet paper dispenser was empty on one side... totally not the place to go if you want CLEAN&SANITARY conditions to wash your...

This place is a joke. They have Alot of machines but they are out of order. Then you use the "good ones" and they don't get the clothes clean. I wasted $11.25 try to get my covers washed. Twin size covers and the washers would not work. I had to leave with my covers soaked and dripping water everywhere. I even told the attendant (who watched me load these machines twice and didnt say a word) and she acted really hateful and said "then you will have to use another washer". She didn't offer to help me, didn't offer to refund me, didn't even apologize! I have now came to another laundromat and had to pay $8.50 to get them done correctly. I travel to many different states and have NEVER been treated so badly. I would not recommend this...

If you need a place to go do your laundry just go there. There is no other laundromat in Lewistown that can compare to this one. No one likes to have to go to the laundromat but if you find yourself in need I really recommend this laundromat. The owners are so nice and they don't care who you are where you're from where you've been. They are just wonderful people. The owners come in everyday and talk to all the patrons and really care. People don't really think about laundromats until they need to be there. I recommend this laundromat for anyone that has a need...
