Crown Trophy — Local services in Lewisville

I will never do business here again! The glass trophy I chose was $110. I went to pick it up and it was beautiful! I really loved it but the engraving on the glass was lighter than I expected and advertised. I asked if they could do anything to make the engraving on the glass more prominent. Long story short; they said yes but it’ll be $100 charge and that’s about a $40 discount because it’s usually $140…. So basically, I paid for the trophy twice. The only reason I did it was because it was for my Mothers accomplishments celebration and I was flying out of town the next day…. Why would there even be a charge in the first place if the product didn’t meet the standards that was advertised. Who wants a trophy that they can barely read what it says?!!!! It was a beautiful trophy once they redid the engraving BUT A TOTAL RIP OFF!! I work for a major medical group in DFW and was going to use this company for our Patient Experience week trophies to celebrate our top performing clinics in April (about 75 medium trophies)…....

Kristie and Mike were awesome. I had an idea for a gift for an old Air Force buddy and they made it happen. Not only that, but same day service. I was going to Nashville to fly on his final flight for Southwest. He had done 20 years in the Air Force and 21 years at Southwest. We had toured the Jack Daniels distillery a few years ago so I got him a bottle of their single barrel Jack.

Where Kristie and Mike came in was I wanted the bottle etched/engraved on 4 sides. Him being a huge Florida Gator fan we put the Gator head on the front. I did not think of it, but Mike suggested a little plate on the chained thing that goes around the bottle neck...so put CA/LTC name on that. On the sidesI we put an F4E and a 737. On the back a All the Best and our names.

It could not have turned out any better and Mike stayed after closing to get it done. I will definitely go back and use their services again. Thanks. At his retirement party everyone oohed and aah'd it was by far the most unique gift that everyone...

The people at Crown Trophy are exceptional. Not only do they offer great products and services at a very reasonable price but they have tremendous creative talents. I have a wooden prayer cross company called Praying As One.

I started having them engrave personalized brass plates for my crosses. They encouraged me to adopt having them engrave the personalization right into the wood itself. It looks fantastic and I would have never thought of that on my own. Today they engraved Jesus on my wood cross beautifully.
