Harvest Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lewisville

The food is terrible. The delivery drivers are horrible. I used a new app to place my order and didnt do the tip correctly. So when they delivered the food, I signed and he asked no tip? I said there should be $5 on there. He proceeded to step in my doorway and tell mw there was no tip and that I needed to add it. After feeling extremely uncomfortable, I wrote what he wanted so he would leave. I immediately called the store, telling them the situation and that I didnt want to authorize the tip for what he did. The next day, there was a hit in my bank account for the tip I told her not authorize. I have had issues with this particular delivery guy before. I called them today, asking why she authorized it when I asked her not too, and she could absolutely care less. I then prompted I wanted a refund for the whole exchange and that I was no longer going to do business with them again. She said wouldnt refund the food because I needed to bring the food for a refund. I proceeded to tell her it was in the trash because it was all bad and she just kept repeating that basically no food, no refund. So after 20 minutes of going no where i just simply asked for the tip refund of the 5 dollars. She said okay. Not even 2 hours later, i check my bank app to see if it has been reversed....they took ANOTHER $5 out. This place is a joke, the food is meh, and the staff is pathetic. Please do not...

I live 3 miles from this place. On a basic Monday night.... I waited a full Hour after I ordered my food to call and ask where it was. They assured me it was on the way... fine. 20 minutes later... it still isn't here. The delivery guy calls and asks where I am, which I give explicit directions too. 20 minutes after, I call The Delivery Guy and ask where he is. If you were lost why couldn't you just call??? Now, I have nearly waited 2hrs for food that is cold and not even that great. The fact that I wasted $35 on this and still tipped the guy $7 because I get it - GPS blows sometimes.... there is NO reason it should have taken that long for mediocre at best food. I'm a really understanding person. .. but if I knew it was going to take 2 hours to get delivery from a place 3 miles away, I would have gone with my gut and ordered dominos - also 3 miles away who would have delivered...

Just went over there, out side says "Fine Dining" i ordered some fried dumplings and they wey "deep fried" and by that i mean burned and tasted like old ones. I was like, bah, to the mains dish and ordered a seasme chiken wich tasted really really old chiken (i know because i have used that kind of chiken before) i had 3 bites and left the hole thing there, i just paid and left, the lady who served me didnt eaven know what to do or say. She wasn not rude i nither was rude, i just said i didn't liked it gave her the money, wich the tab was 17.10 dlls i just gave her the 20 and left.

i did NOT saw the fine dining anywhere at all or tasted it at least, i just would never go back nither recmoend it to anyone at all. If some of the owners see this message PLEASE you have a 911 things to correct over there in the kitchen on your quality preservations...
