So this place more than likely pays for any good reviews because after they changed management amd most of the employees here it's all gone downhill. I've spent so much money and time here that you'd think they'd at least try to accommodate me in some ways .But apparently they don't care about return customers or building relationships. They just low ball you and try and get anything they can from you . Who cares if you come back , right ? That seems to be a formula for a successful business. They take advantage of you. And if the manager there took the time he saves by not brushing his teeth and having second breakfast and applied it to building a better personality and disposition they'd be the busiest pawn shop in town. They got rid of any decent emoyees or the decent employees got rid of them. Whichever ..Maybe all locations aren't like this. ( I hope not ) But this one on main in lewisvile is a joke . Example ..one if the locations bought some fake Jordan's for well over 1000.thinking they were real. They were not. But instead of pulling them off the shelf and eating the loss. They sent it to the one on Main. Where they put them on the floor with a giant sign telling you the great discount they're giving you by only selling them for 500...wow!! 500 !!?? Knowing KNOWING they were fake . This info came from a very trusted employee. I checked amd they were fake . So whoever bought those. Trust but verify , my friend. Because you got screwed , just like anyone else that comes to this pawn shop. The new manager....needs a different job. He should be In some tree somewhere making cookies. 7/8/22 REVISITED: When I went here the first time I had a knowledgeable employee talking to me about firearms. He offered me an 85% value of what I was planning to sell the gun online for and even though it was a little less than what I wanted to sell it for I sold it because I did not want the hassle of shipping it myself. Today I went in with an equally nice and rare firearm and the employees there could care less. I don't think they even looked up the right model of my gun.

A quick search online with the correct model would show that the gun I brought in has only been sold used or new 5-6 times in the past several years for the entire US. The firearm was produced for only a year and in limited numbers. The total resale value of the guns I brought in was $1500 (very conservative and based on used gun prices on gunbroker and guntrader) I asked for $1200 and they offered me $500. It was my mistake in thinking that because I had a great interaction here before that I would receive the same service again. It was a waste of my time and unfortunately, I won't give this place a chance again. They didn't have many firearms to...

They don't disclose the fact that they will not accept sterling silver jewelry unless they have proof of who made it. But even after finding the information on the jewelry, it was ignored. The 2 pieces that were considered were diamond stud earrings and a gold 14k ring with 6 small diamonds, maybe a bit over 1/3 carat. The earrings were over a half carat total, had been worn once for about 2 hours so they were basically new and still in the box. In looking at the diamond jewelry they were selling, several earrings of smaller diamond sizes were priced from $250 to $$350.00 . I saw 2 pair that looked identical in size for around $400.00 to $450.00, so I thought I could get around $$200.00 for the earrings. Similar rings were selling for $300.00 to $350.00 so I thought maybe I could get around $150.00 or so for the ring. Boy was I wrong and had I not been so ill at the time and in need of cash for prescriptions, I would have walked out when I was told that $150.00 was his best offer. I feel cheated out of about $150.00. I may go back in to see what the price is for those 2 pieces. Max money is a joke in this case and I will not recommend...
