Oh my gosh, where do I even start with the Ninja Kids bouncy house?! This thing turned my backyard into the ultimate kiddo ninja dojo, and I’m officially the coolest mom in the neighborhood now! We rented it for my son’s 7th birthday party last weekend, and it was an absolute BLAST. The setup was seamless—Ninja Kids’ team arrived right on time, super friendly, and had the bouncy house up in no time. It’s designed like a ninja obstacle course with vibrant colors, sneaky tunnels, and a giant slide that had the kids screaming with joy. The quality is top-notch; it felt sturdy and safe, even with a dozen kids bouncing like wild ninjas. Now, let me tell you about the incident that made this unforgettable. Mid-party, my nephew, little Timmy, decided he was the “Ninja King” and attempted a triple flip off the slide (classic Timmy move). He landed in a pile of giggles, but his shoe flew off and got stuck in the netting. The Ninja Kids staff were total pros—they swooped in, retrieved the rogue sneaker, and even turned it into a game, pretending it was a “ninja trap” the kids had to avoid. The kids lost their minds laughing and spent the next hour inventing their own ninja missions. It was pure magic! The bouncy house kept 15 kids entertained for HOURS, which is a miracle in itself. Even the parents couldn’t resist joining in for a bounce or two (don’t tell anyone, but I totally nailed the slide). Clean-up was a breeze, and the Ninja Kids team left our yard spotless. If you want a stress-free, joy-packed experience for your kids, Ninja Kids bouncy house is the way to go. We’re already planning to rent it again for our summer BBQ. Thank you, Ninja Kids, for making my son’s birthday legendary! 🥷🎉

It's actually pretty cool place. It's nice that they have more than just trampolines. $20 for 90 minutes isn't bad in my opinion either. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they have one person walking the floor that is supposed to helping the kids out with the zip lines and things that require a stick to return items to the usable position....but he's not. The parents and doing it There are also other stations that require someone to start the equipment and nobody's there. The kids go over, have nothing to do and then go somewhere else . Meanwhile, they have eight people behind the front counter and in the food court that nobody's currently at. They are literally standing around doing nothing. Update: they have two more people locking the floor now but they're busy talking and not really helping. This is a social gathering, not a job. This is poor management. These teenagers need direction. Stop letting them stand around in groups of two talking and man one of the stations . My statement above appears to be true. There's someone who appears to be a manager, just standing around chewing the fat with everybody. They are following his lead.

Love this place! Much improved now that Ninja Kidz took over and renovated. We go often and the straps on these two rectangular foam swings in the ninja pit have been broken for months. One strap is broken on each. My child used to love playing on them but doesn’t now. It doesn’t seem like it would be that difficult to fix by just replacing the broken strap. I’ve asked staff when they will be fixed and no one knows the answer or they don’t even know that the swings are broken. Kinda frustrating when you come as often as we do. Also the dodgeball area only has 5 balls so you really can only play with 2 or 3 people. This place gets way more full than that with everyone trying to play with only a few balls. Again it seems like a simple fix to get more dodge balls. We will keep visiting because it’s lots of fun but it makes me wonder about long-term maintenance.

Adding to review - NO RESPONSE for requests for corrected receipts for billing error, payment was corrected, but incorrect receipt sent twice. I booked the party, and received text messages from "Elle" but the replies to my messages get sent to my husband's phone number ???. NO RESPONSE from management to improve the check in experience.

My grand daughter loves this park. We had her birthday party there on 2/22/25 and had a POOR PARTY CHECK IN EXPERIENCE. They do not have the capacity for large parties.

I booked her party 3 WEEKS in advance for 10:30-12:30. I called to ask about getting a big room as the online reservation system only lists capacity of up to 20 kids. We had about 25 guests at her party last year, plus approximately 5 siblings. I called and was advised to book 2 rooms. I had walked around and seen 2 party rooms side by side near the basketball court, so I booked 2 rooms. I went to a birthday party the following week and learned that they had upstairs rooms, so a week before the party, I took my grand daughter and asked if I had the 2 down stairs rooms and I was told I did. I also upgraded my reservation from 2 rooms of 10 kids to a total of 35 kids. Apparently the person who updated my reservation made it a 25 kid and a 10 kid party (?the maximum allowed is 20 per party). On the morning of the party, I was told my reservation was for one room down stairs and one room upstairs, and that the person who told me I had 2 rooms downstairs was not the party manager and unless I had spoken to the party manager I could not have both down stairs rooms. (possibly the 10 person reservation was moved to upstairs - but no attention to the detail of both parties being under the SAME PERSON) I wish I had read the name tag on the person I was dealing with. She said I could cancel my reservations and they could refund me my deposits (this is about 5 minutes prior to start time of my party) or I could take the upstairs room and the down stairs room. She said the other party room was booked. I looked and there was NOONE in it. So I then said I wanted to talk to the manager and waited. My guests started arriving and were sent upstairs. Eventually, the party attendant (Caliegh) returned and said I had both down stairs rooms. We got my guests all down stairs. I never saw the manager and the unhelpful person never came back to talk to me. My party attendant advised me that we had to be out by 12:30 because they had a party booked immediately after my reservation time for one of the rooms. I said they should allow time to clean between parties, and the attendant said they were overbooked and they usually do have time between parties. The next party for one of the rooms arrived at 12:30. The attendants had started cleaning about 12:15 and were still cleaning the rooms. I had 29 guests, not counting the siblings and friends of my guests that came. This does not include the parents and associated...

Beware of Membership Scam at Ninja Kidz Lewisville, TX

I want to share my experience at Ninja Kidz Lewisville to help others avoid a similar issue. While visiting from out of town, I was informed that I needed to sign up for a one-month membership to allow my kids to play for a single visit, with the assurance that I could cancel immediately afterward. After my kids finished their two-hour play session, I approached the front desk, where the staff confirmed that my membership had been canceled.

However, two months later, I noticed unauthorized recurring charges of $45 per month on my account. Despite my prior cancellation request, the membership was never terminated as promised. Upon realizing this, I attempted to contact the facility, but instead of speaking to a representative, I was directed to an automated text message system for cancellation. I promptly canceled online, but the entire experience was highly frustrating and felt deceptive.

This is an unacceptable business practice and something I have never encountered before. Customers should exercise extreme caution when signing up for any membership at this facility. I highly recommend that anyone considering visiting double-check all cancellation policies and ensure written confirmation to avoid...
