Felipe was very responsive and helpful when I was initially interested in purchasing a fridge he listed on Facebook Marketplace. He quickly answered all of my questions and arranged delivery for the very next day. He and a helper brought the fridge over, helped install it, and were extremely polite and professional. I even tipped him for the great service and appreciated receiving a receipt along with a 30-day warranty.

Unfortunately, about two weeks later, one of the doors developed a very loud squeak. I reached out via text message to see if this issue could be covered under the warranty. I explained the problem in detail and included a video to show what was happening. I could see that my message was read, but I never received a reply. After waiting a few days in case he was busy, I followed up again. My second message was also read, but again there was no response.

I am very disappointed by this lack of communication, especially after he was so responsive when I was a potential buyer. Even if the squeak wasn’t covered by the warranty, a simple reply would have been appreciated and would have demonstrated respect for the customer. Based on this experience, I would caution others that while the initial transaction may go smoothly, you might not get any support afterward if an issue comes up. Thankfully, in my case, the problem wasn’t catastrophic, but it was still frustrating...

Met this guy on Facebook marketplace, the owner, and he told me to come to a space to check out the refrigerators that he had on sale. When I got there, it was easy to find, he was friendly upon meeting, and very helpful with what would be best for me. he was super patient because I was taking my time trying to figure out what I really wanted and at the end of the day I end up getting a refrigerator that I wanted versus what was second best for price sake even though I would of loved that one too , also a washer and dryer for a really great price. I was honestly prepared to buy a new fridge for the price that I got both appliances for. Soo was extremely happy with my price purchase. He and good team delivered everything within the hour after me leaving his store, which was amazing to me. That he could deliver so fast and be so accommodating. I really like this guy‘s business concept and looking forward to sending my friends and family over, and doing more business with him soon.
