For the price a basic home cooked meal will cost you more to turn on the stove.. What amazed me the most was the waitress asked me if I would like a menu or did I know what I wanted.. Well I asked her if they made anything special and the response was just breakfast but know for their omelettes. I took a pass and just ordered 2 eggs over med grits bacon and dry white toast! And by the time I picked up my phone to socialize since I was eating by myself she reappears with my coffee.. Then I make my coffee;. You don’t find these sorts of experiences at just any restaurant, and I think that’s what makes Mill Street diner more than a diner - it’s a...
