One word. Tragedy. Finally got to pick my deer up after this "business" had him for 19 months. Yes I said 19 months. This deer meant the world to me as it was my first trophy after deer hunting for 25 years in Texas. The deer sat in their freezer for so long that the hide went bad and the owner promised to "take care of it". In the end, I was lied to, deceived, and put on the back burner and picked up my deer today which is by far the worst Taxidermy I have ever seen. The deer looks like it's been in a shed for 20 years. Bald spots. Cowlicks. Faded hide. Terrible. Not only did the owner charge me full price. He showed zero concern for my displeasure and said I could either pay him full price or he'd just keep the deer. I am a small business owner and I work very hard to be certain every single customer has a more than great experience with me.
