Today, Sunday around 10 am, we had a terrible experience at Restaurant Depot Lewisville. We were choosing green mangos because we needed green ones, and we had already asked if we could select them. Suddenly, the manager came out of his office very aggressive and hostile, accusing us of putting extra mangos in the box. We told him to check because we had the exact amount, but he refused to review and just stayed aggressive.
He called another employee to translate, but didn’t let him speak either. His attitude and body language were so aggressive that I thought he was going to hit us. Immediately, he said he would cancel our membership. It was a horrible and unacceptable experience for customers.
At checkout, cashiers count all the mangos anyway, so his reaction made no sense. It also felt like racial discrimination.

Read moreI’ve been to different restaurant depot locations do deliver as a truck driver but the disrespect they have for a driver and unwillingness not to do there job at this location is beyond explanation,while I was asking for updates because I’ve been seating and waiting for a door over an hour the guy who works at the receiving told me he doesn’t care how long I had to wait and slammed the door on my face. tried to call the corporate office to file a complaint they couldn’t provide me phone number and store manager refused to provide the wearhouse worker name and employee ID when I say I would like to report what happened to the corporate. If corporate sees this review they really need to look in to this store from management to the wearhouse worker.
