Feng Cha - Lewisville — Restaurant in Lewisville

My boyfriend recently visited Feng Cha to get boba tea for both of us. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. While he was there, he tasted his boba drink before leaving and noticed something was off. Didn't taste like our usual order (we've been a few times before). He had politely asked the staff at the counter to remake the drinks when he was still there, but the guy at the counter refused, saying he was unable to do that. No refunds either.

When he brought the drinks home, I also tasted mine and it tasted like something was off - kind of bitter and not sweet. Quite frankly, it tasted disgusting. Frustrated, we called the store to speak with the manager, hoping they would understand and offer a resolution. Sadly, the manager also refused to refund our money.

This will be our last visit to Feng Cha. I also know several close-by relatives and friends who visit this establishment, and due to this poor service and quality, I will recommend they go somewhere else for their boba-fix. Very bad experience here today. I am a regular customer & ordered frequently for myself & coworkers. Placed my order on the app at noon, scheduled it for 1:15pm. When I arrived i had to wait for about 5-6 minutes to even be acknowledged. My order was not ready, had not even been started. The older of the 3 employees then starts waving a drink at me that wasn't mine, so I told her its not mine & what I was waiting on. At this point i had beem waiting in the store for over 20 minutes. The lady finally finds my ticket & starts getting onto me for adding popping boba in the notes, but its not an option to add on the app?? Ive used the notes many times for my orders & its never been a problem until today. Im spending $25 plus a tip on 3 drinks, I dont care about paying $1.75 for popping boba?? Long story short, I waited 25 minutes for an app order, had to just request a refund since I was at that point late for work, & they kept my tip!? Only got refund on the drinks?? Pitiful customer service & absolutely 0 hospitality today. You lost a $50 a week customer over being petty about your app & popping...

I went here with my friend recently! I got the dirty latte with boba and paid around ~6.50 (+tip!). My friend got the strawberry breeze and paid the same. The staff was very sweet and attentive. The actual restaurant was clean, cute, and fun with calm music playing. The menu was very clear to read and ordering was very easy. The drinks came out in 2-5 ish minutes and they brought it to us while we sat down. The cups are very high quality which shocked me for such good priced drinks!
