The worst employees ever, I guess job requirements are wear old dirty clothes, smell like cigarettes, and have iq of 36 or less. The store needed to be cleaned, the methheads leaning out front did not help. Watching them pretending to work was funny, this fat girl pretend to ring up order for 5 minutes but they was no one in line. That one girl kept making grunting noises and saying momma so I left scared. If you need help finding the kitchen items go to Walmart but if you need a light for your cigarette go to biglots, plus they was a triple shooting in the parking lot the news said, and dug addicts might like it cause it's in the middle of Erlanger drug capital of Lexington and the bath rooms are right by the door good place for addicts to get high, hey the bathroom is probably to nasty for...
Read moreMy daughter and I came to check out this Big Lots location. I'll start with the positives. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. We loved the selections they had and the employees were very nice. Also, helpful. The negatives are that when doing a price comparison to their own website and Amazon, we found several items were almost double in price. I asked the cashier if they honor their own website prices and she didn't know but did offer to call over a manager to ask. I declined due to already running late to an event. We did find a few bargains in the home...

They had two of the same sofas on the floor and couldn’t figure out the real price. We were there for two hours trying to buy a sofa and ended up walking out after another employee walked away from us and never came back. Very bad experience most stores employees try very hard especially when you’re about to drop a lot of money like we were today.
