I usually would go with my parents and they would order through the drive thru. I had no opinion on this Taco Bell. So this was the first time I went in this Taco Bell to order for my parents and myself. When I stepped in, I was told in a rather rude voice to use the tablet system to make an order rather than at the cashier. I completed the order on the tablet system, as it said my order went through. I prefer just making my order without using these machines, but it didn't bother me that much. Anyway, I waited for what seemed like forever, until two guys yelled at me and asked me what I ordered. They would not look at me in the eye either. I told them I completed everything on the tablet machine, so they should know, but they said they didn't know what I ordered. So I told them what I ordered on the tablet. I then had to go through another long wait and one of the guys kept snickering at me and giggling. Finally, another guy yelled and said in a condescending, inpatient tone here are the drink cups. I told him I needed one cup filled with black tea, as the drink machines only have flavored teas. He mocked me and said sarcastically "regular tea" like I had said something silly. After getting the drinks, I waited a little while longer and got the food, but my parent's burrito was not right and not how I ordered it on the tablet. Overall, this was a bad experience and I think this place has bad unprofessional ugly acting employees. Also the customers and employees I saw inside looked like they crawled out of the ghetto, so I don't understand why anyone would act arrogant and ugly here to others like they...
Read moreMy family and I, especially myself, frequent a lot of different Taco Bell locations regularly throughout the Piedmont-Triad Area, year-round. I must say, this Taco Bell on Winston Rd is by far the absolute worst location, generally speaking. Every single employee, day or night, is highly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They do not acknowledge or care that there are children present or even that a customer is waiting at the counter for 20 minutes or more. The food tastes very greasy and oily as if they do not clean anything ever, and this is about 85% of the time at this location. Also, you have to ask a mad/upset employee to type in a code for you to use the restroom, wash your hands, or gain access to the bathrooms period. The inside is always filthy, and the drinks taste horrible due to the employees not caring to maintain the machines. This franchise owner must not care about his location at all, so to everyone at TB Corporate: you all better take a closer look at your franchise owners before they put a bad name on the absolutely amazing Taco Bell Brand that so many people, including myself love and enjoy, always leaving with bliss in our bellies. Please check out the Lexington, NC locations, they are getting worse and worse...
Read moreNo one acknowledges you when you come in, you have to order on a screen and then stand around waiting for someone to see you. They are incredibly slow when making food. The employees seem to ALWAYS have family waiting around inside. On this particular occasion we waited for 20 mins for our order, 15 mins to get buzzed into the bathroom cause apparently now you need an escort. The lobby was trashed, the tables were dirty...the bathroom was nasty, 2 female employees were in the bathroom together for a long time while the drive thru line backed up. I hate this Taco Bell. I wish the other one was open again. The employees seem more concerned with their family and friends and giving out free food. Watched an employee go back make up some food and then hand it off to their family member several times while we waited for our food. I will say this not all the employees need training two of them worked hard to try and keep everything running while several looked dazed and confused sipping on their drinks watching the two work. They need hella re training. And find some more employees willing to work....this taco bell should of been the...
