Food Lion — Local services in Lexington

The food lion I usually go to on Old US Hwy 52 is lightyears better than this one. They have the same assortment of products and displays, however the one on 52 is very clean and comfortable, while this one on Winston is a place for druggies and homeless to sprawl on the pavement doing drugs, and for very aggressive pan handlers (not talking about disabled veterans who sit stoically and are grateful for any donation) to harass you from your car, through the store, and back to parking lot. My only complaint about this location was that they didn't have enough people on registers so I had to wait in line for a bit. Otherwise store was clean, well stocked and customer service was awesome!!! There wasn't a lot of stocking going on while I was shopping and that's a huge plus for me. There's nothing more annoying than having to reach past someone while they're stocking or having to move a product cart to get to a item on the shelf... If you live in the area this is a great...

Food Lion on Winston road is always a good place to go they always have everything I need they're nice they get you through there quickly they're polite they always have clean buggies the the floors are always clean everything's always on the shelf nice and neat where it's supposed to be you never have to go out of your way to look for things they keep their shelf stocked and everybody is just so helpful so yes I would recommend food Lion on Winston...
