We've gotten food from here 3 times over the last 3 years. Our first experience was with pizza and garlic rolls and was just blah, so we never went back. However, we live rural where NO ONE delivers, so when they started delivery out here during the pandemic - we gave them a second try. The pizza was, again, just blah. However, we had an older family member in town this past week and we ordered delivery for them and our daughter to have a special family "date night". We ordered a kids spaghetti with a soda, mozzarella sticks, a chef salad with french dressing, chicken wings, a slice of cheesecake and chocolate mousse. The soda wasn't delivered, the chocolate mousse was chocolate cake and instead of French dressing, they sent ranch (which family could not eat). My daughter, who has NEVER met a spaghetti she didn't like, said it was actually disgusting. 😳 The other items got a vote of "I wouldn't order from here again" from the out of town family. I'm actually giving 3 stars instead of a lower rating because when I called, the manager did offer to try to fix the issue. She did start off the call pretty 'spicy' - but I've worked in food service, so I get it. She explained that the chocoate mousse is actually cake (so maybe change the menu to say cake?) And she put me on hold to speak to the cook who confirmed they did just randomly give us ranch dressing because they ran out of French dressing (she said he is supposed to have someone call if an item ordered isn't available and she didn't know why that didn't happen). She offered to have someone come bring out the missing soda, but I didn't think that was necessary - so she said she was noting on our acct that we had a 10% discount on our next order due to the issues. Now, will we be giving this place a 4th try in order to use the coupon? I doubt it. But I did appreciate...

Tonight was our first night in our new place in downtown Lexington and in true American fashion we wanted to enjoy pizza after a long day of moving. After a quick Google search and reading through the reviews, we settled on Times Square Pizza My husband picked it up and brought it back and the pizza was delicious. He said even the ovens were a perfect temperature for a New York pizza this night we decided to go with a special which came with 10 wings. As I was enjoying my wings, I noticed a black spot on one of my wings. I curled up mass, I assumed it was just particles from the fryer, no big deal, but as I pulled it off, it was the exact same shape of a fly or perhaps a cockroach and at first I thought I was crazy, but then I pointed it out to the others around the table, and everyone also noticed that it was in the exact shape of a bug so we started to cut it open and pull it apart and realized it was either a cockroach or fly. Something that may have been whacked into the fryer minutes before the wings were pulled because the shell seemed more intact than not. This was truly disappointing as it was our first experience in our new home, eating out at a local pizza restaurant, the manager did offer 25% off, which I politely declined because I’d rather just not go back. Many restaurants will not keep fresh fryer oil and it’s disappointing hopefully no bugs in the pizza because now...

Ordered cheese bread no garlic butter got it covered in garlic butter ordered a cold Italian sub got it hot lettuce and tomato wilted soggy bread couldn't eat it it even said cold on the foil complained to management they sent delivery driver back out to pick up the garlic bread which I'm sure is not correct with covid I'll have to check with the health department on that one but if they were going to do that they could have just remade my bread and brought it out instead of crediting my account I spent $85.38 on my order and I didn't even get to eat my food the sub was nasty couldn't eat the bread because it was covered in garlic even though I specifically requested no garlic butter after I get my store credit for the cheesy bread I won't be ordering here again and that's a shame because I spend a lot of money on every order I place with them update: the manager remade the cheesy bread and had it delivered l feel sorry for delivery boy he had to make 3 trips to my house

I want to talk about two things: the Cheesesteak and the Calzone. I need you to understand that the words that I am typing may be the most important words you read today. Times Square Pizzeria has, hands down, the best Calzone and the best Cheesesteak in Lexington. In fact, I would argue that they have best of these in all of Davidson, Forsyth and Guilford County. Go there. Buy it. Eat it. When you're smiling and you realize that you're audibly moaning in pleasure in the restaurant I want you to look up to the heavens, smile and thank the Maker that you cared enough about your happiness to listen to this review and buy the Calzone and Cheesesteak. They get all the things right... all the things. It's like a party in your mouth.

The manger that answers the phone is very rude talk to folks like they are children. He is very sarcastic and rud . We called to place an order for delivery and he was so rude we ended up getting dressed and going up there. When we walked in he was sitting down. Didnt greet us. We asked was he answering the phones he replied why?We instantly knew it was him. We ordered our food because we were hungry. He took our order and sat down. They fixed our food and the delivery driver that walked in the door 2 mins before the food was done . We look up he is bringing our food to the table the delivery driver.I dont even know if he washed his hands. The food was over cooked.Cheesesteak was soggy . Wasnt what I expected at all.Pics of the manger below.
