I recently joined Hog City CrossFit as my first real step into CrossFit, and it has been an awesome experience. The instructors are excellent — very knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming to beginners. They take time to explain movements, make sure form is correct, and help scale workouts so you can build confidence and strength.
CrossFit here really feels like one of the only effective ways to get into great shape, since every workout pushes you and mixes strength, cardio, and conditioning. The classes are always different, which keeps things interesting and challenging.
The community is also a huge plus. Everyone is friendly and supportive, which makes it easy to stay accountable and keep showing up. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a solid workout.

Read moreI have been with CFHT for about 6 months now and it has really been a great experience for me. I needed something different as a way to get more strength training and cardio, and the classes offer the ideal mix for me. As someone who was just running prior to, I was a little concerned with how it would affect that performance with cutting down to only running once a week. It actually helped as I ran my fastest 5K two months into my membership (22:46 versus my previous fastest of 23 something that was 11 years ago and many pounds lighter). Beyond results, the coaches are all amazing and the owners take a lot of pride in focusing on keeping their members happy and meeting their needs....
