Pearle Vision — Local services in Lexington

This doctor was good, the other clinicians were to busy talking to each other to make it a smooth process. The selection is very poor and very overpriced even though I was using my vision insurance. Limited frame selection. Location is not open at regular published hours, had to make 3 trips to pick up my glasses because they would close early afternoon or not open that day even though published days/hours. Had to ask for a case for my glasses after paying a premium price. Overall, this location needs a lot of improvement, I would recommend...

Great place to go to get an eye exam. The staff was great and did everything to make sure I was comfortable during my eye exam and answered all my questions that I had. Not once did I feel pressured into something I didn’t want, in-fact JR went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. DR Utley was very professional and made sure that my eye exam went very smoothly and she explained my exam results to me. I️ have called twice to follow up on my contacts, had to leave two voicemails, and never received a call back. I️ drove to the location to try to catch someone in person and their hours don't even match the website. They are only open for two and a half days.
