I showed up about 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had 3 reminders about the appointment I had made 2 days earlier to be on time or cancel if I couldn’t make it. I was asked, and I complied, to fill out my paperwork online. When I arrived it was a full waiting room. I found out all these patients were before me. After my appointment was through I calculated the entire exam had taken about 15 minutes which made me wonder why I had been there for about an hour and a half. Did all of these patients have the same appointment time as me or was the staff short? I’ll never know because it was never explained to me. I left with a bad feeling about the office. The staff seemed nice, but no explanation was provided for my wait. I don’t think that I will be going back to this office again. I’ll find another provider and hope they are...

I've been wearing glasses for decades and this was the easiest visit I ever had. It was my first time at a Pearle Vision. The employees and doctors were friendly and professional. I usually have a hard time picking out frames and have to go to multiple places to find something I like but found a pair I love here the same day as my appointment. Every one was so lovely and informative, which is so nice at any doctors' office but sometimes hard to find. I had gone to a different optometrist earlier this year and coming back here was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the team there who provide excellent and informative care AND customer service! It's hard to do both of those well but they succeeded....
