All these 5 stars reviews must be from friends and family. BIG RED FLAG when a VISION provider does NOT take VSP insurance. Was talked into buying $700+ glasses I really didn’t want. While indeed Priscilla does know her stuff, it was clear that she is an EMPLOYEE on puppet strings. They do NOT go above and beyond here. Wanted ZEISS FRAMES. None available, I was told. Peck’s Zeiss rep couldn’t even get them, I was told. I FOUND THEM. I ORDERED THEM. I RECEIVED THEM. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this business. Everyone at this establishment is wonderful, but Priscilla is an absolute rock star! She went the extra mile to suggest a solution for me that no one had previously mentioned. The difference this suggestion made in my vision was DRAMATIC. Every time I go in Peck to have my glasses straightened when they’ve gotten crooked or to replace the nose pads, etc, they are delighted to help me & at no charge!
