Had a cracked screen on my s22 ultra and brought it for repair. Other than the cracked screen, display was perfect, had no other issues. Got the phone back and now, the screen gets unresponsive, S pen issues: doesn't connect or touch is unresponsive only s pen works.the worst is the ghost touch. Which is so bad the phone is unusable. They promised to replace the screen, the installer says it could be from other things not the screen. Most of these issues are caused by improper installation or poor quality parts. Had none of those issues before, diagnostic test showed fault display. update: apparently they now refuse to do the replacement fix. after i went to my car to get my receipt, i come back and now there is a never before seen hard scratch on the screen they installed. weird. he didnt mention it before i walked away and was alone with my phone. mind you.. my previous screen was flawless for over a year. in 2 days when i couldnt use the phone it got a 1mm scratch. highly convenient very suspicious. 3stars to 1star. you improperly installed or used a faulty replacement, now refuse to correct your mistake. fix the phone or refund my money.

The people that work here are nothing short of the best! I previously had come here for a Apple watch repair and the gentleman that assisted me was very honest and direct with all repairs needed. Then today I had a problem with my iPhone 11 plus and a different person assisted me with the exact same respect and honesty. Fixed my phone super quick and easy, and was very appreciative of me even choosing them to come to.
