Fresh, flavorful high quality moist, tender chicken, warm, fluffy pita bread and seriously the BEST hummus on da planet! Self service. No signs indicating this so I am giving you the low-down here. Lunch for 2 people on weekends can run any where from $9 to $13 (depends on what you order). We had a late lunch on Saturday and our total was $24 and change. We only had water which was served at room temperature. No ice. It was a warm and humid day in Chicago. The inside of the restaurant was probably as hot as their kitchen. Very, very uncomfortable. Fresh, home made desserts but they are delivered there and not made there. I do not understand why they added the word bakery onto their restaurant name. They don't even bake their own sweets (desserts). A kind, respectable, down to earth owner. An owner who cares and takes pride in the quality of the food he serves. Credit, debit cards and cash accepted. In a small strip mall on the West side of Cumberland at Argyle (a bit North of Lawrence and Ainslie, and several blocks South of Foster Ave. Small outdoor patio. A small parking lot, but parking is free!
