If I could give no stars I would. The party venue she has next door was really nice. But our contract was from 5pm strictly wasn’t allowed to come in a few minutes earlier. And was supposed to end at 11. She came in at 10:30 and started cleaning up when we still had our party going on. The man who was helping her knocked over a chair and almost hit a family member. Very unprofessional and rude with pushing us basically out the door didn’t let us enjoy the rest of the party when it was only 10:30 and we had already started cleaning up. I was so pleased to have discovered Angel's Closet in Franklin Park today! It felt like a store with a soul, a peaceful, beautiful resale experience in a non crowded, chick-looking space, where I found nice things at just the right price. I been donating high quality items here but was disappointed that no one on staff could speak English. I had questions but couldn’t communicate, which felt frustrating and dismissive. I understand and respect language diversity, but in a U.S. based business, basic English should be expected in public facing roles so everyone can be helped and feel welcome.
