I had an extremely disappointing experience when I called to place an order. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me because I don't speak Spanish. It's rude and unacceptable. This place used to be my favorite for Gorditas. They have definitely lost their touch. We were craving some gorditas this morning, picked them up and was so disappointed. I asked for crispy and well done and they were not. The cheese was not melted.
