Today we stop by Rob Jewelers as they could customize your existing jewelry . My wife has a emerald ring with diamonds and wanted to have it customize into a flat band. The reason I gave them 5 stars! 1- The you lady was extremely professional! 2- She recommended a specialist dealing with emeralds. 3 - She was very knowledgeable in her explanation within this ring why we needed to work with a specialist. 4 - Recommended the specialist at Wabash DT. 5 - We were able to contact the specialist, send him a text message with ring picture and explained details what we wanted. 6 - He gave us a call, but we would have to wait after Christmas - good news , her emerald ring could be customize! Last, it's hard to find jewelers that can be HONEST!.....Rod Jewelers is one of the few out there - they will have my future business...

They should really hire more people it can get crowded and the lady looks like she don't have time to spend what you need to find the perfect item , it's also very Cheap material first time buying here and the last time I will be returning , bought some rings ( oro blanco )really expensive turns out it's my fault for choosing some rings with rhinestones that kept falling off I work in a office at a computer I couldn't possibly smashed my ring I had to hurt my hand I order to smash it ???? It's really ridiculous make sure y'all check out your items first before taking it home cause they wil find any excuse to blame you for it , they fixed my ring but turns out it's still the same problem , I didn't wanna argue with these people so I choose to stay with my lost $ , I'm done with this place good...

Just spoke to Johnathan over the phone regarding engraving and removal of links from a couple watches. Prices we were quoted were very reasonable.
