“WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD!” is how the Chicken Marsala should be labeled. FAILURE on so many fronts. At first Grand Stand USED to be GREAT. I used to order multiple times per week on a weekly basis and even opted to call in to support their business instead of ordering through third party services. After a while, service and quality declined tremendously starting with the dish being carelessly prepared with pieces of plastic in it. It happened on various occasions and when I reported it to them, I would get an honest apology from the cashiers, but management would never actually care to follow up or even issue any sort of credit or refund for the inedible food. I decided to give them more chances to see if they fixed their repeat mistakes, they DID NOT. I completely stopped ordering from them and after a VERY long time I decided to order again on GrubHub in hopes that it would be a better experience. And guess what happened? The food had PLASTIC COOKED IN IT AGAIN! Can you imagine feeding this to your children?! I immediately contacted the restaurant to voice my frustration in regards to this repeat issue and the cashier apologized again as I requested to speak with the manager but she said she would speak to her manager and she placed me on a brief hold. She then came back and said that they could remake my order OR credit me for a FUTURE order. I asked for a FULL REFUND instead and informed her that there is NO WAY that I would ever order from here again. I was placed on hold again and then when she came back she said alright, that they would inform GrubHub. About 30 minutes passed and I had yet to receive an updated receipt from GrubHub and I then chose to call GrubHub myself. GrubHub had no idea this had happened and the rep then called the restaurant to confirm the refund and then the rep informed me that the restaurant did not approve anything and was only willing to issue a $7 credit for a future order. That doesn’t even cover the price of the dish! I politely declined that offer and proceeded to explain that I had already confirmed the refund with the restaurant prior to contacting GrubHub. How F’D up is that? I had already made it clear that I would not order from there again and they keep trying to force their inedible food on me. I DO NOT recommend these terrible experiences to anyone. Management here COWARDS behind their cashiers. If you dare to order, document and report these occurrences and use GrubHub so you have some sort of safety net from their disgraceful...

And the hot wings were perfect to best hot wings ever no lie give the grand stand workers a PAY RAISE THEY NEED IT !! Read moreI have ordered pizza from this joint for many years now but tonight they got it very wrong... First, the girl answering the phone had a tremedous attitude problem. I felt like she was rushing me throughout the entire process and was very cold when she replied to my questions. Overall terrbile service, I dont understand why people take jobs to ruin the reputation of well established restaurants and don't know why restaurants take risks hiring these unmmanered individuals. As for the pizza, mozarella sticks, and mostaccioli, the only thing I was able to eat out of the 3 items, was the Mozarella sticks; everything else once I tasted it left it untouched. The chesse was not melt completely and they put way too much cheese on the mostaccioli. The meat on my meat lovers half pizza was cold and the pizza had no to very little tomatoa sauce. Not sure if the pizza maker was new but this wasn't it. I called to complain about it and got more attitude from the lady picking up the phone calls there so now I will look for Dan to complain to...
