Worst customer service ever. My mom had a shopping incident sometime last week. When we went to let the employee & manager know they acted as if my mom was lying to them. She had purchased a necklace & earrings but we came to find out that the girl that had helped her in jewelry had charged her for a Michael kors watch & not the earings. We only had several receipts since she had done to separate transactions but they kept insisting that their was another one making my mom feel bad as if she wanted to steal from them. We told the about the bad costumer service that young girl at jewelry had, the manger said he was going to look into it, but we didn’t know her name we just described how she looked while doing so (Yesenia and jasmin) knew exactly who we were talking about because i over heard them pointing names out. Once the manager asked them if they knew who was it they acted as if they didn’t know, and that the person we were describing didn’t work there and my mom was making up a fake employee. It’s truly upsetting that we got treated this way because at the end we were telling the truth. My mom was supposed to purchase a pair of earings and not a Michael kors watch. (Makes me wonder if they young girl took advantage of my mom and kept it for herself.) we always shop at this store, my mom loves their jewelry and to be treated this way it’s truly upsetting. If you ever have a problem don’t expect that manager or those 2 girls Yesenia and jasmin help you out. Read moreToday I visited this location, to return a shampoo by Biosilk that I had previously purchased. When I opened the shampoo it did not have the seal as it should of had. So I decided to return it, upon returning the shampoo I explained to the cashier Dalia that I did not want it because the safety seal was broken from the bottle. She proceeded to tell me that shampoos do not have seals, she asked her colleagues and they agree that they do not come with seals and shook their heads. She even went as far as telling me that she has never purchased a shampoo that has a seal at which I commented “Then I must be a liar”. At this point, she is questioning my integrity, so I took it upon myself to go back to the shampoo shelves and grab a Biosilk bottle just to prove to them that the shampoo did indeed come with a seal. This is very poor customer service, if you are choosing to call out a customer then you must be sure that you can back up your statement with evidence and facts. Granted it's probably not up to the workers and you probably get commission but if I say no ONCE ESPECIALLY after I told you I already had it, stop pressing about it. No means no. You all know how credit works and have no idea what a persons personal credit situation is. I told the cashier I had the card and she asked me how long it had been since I used it, I told her it has been a long while (capitalism am I right? Not as much disposable income as I use to have) and she goes "well if it doesn't work we can have you apply again!" I said no.
