Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I ordered a pizza around 9.45 PM online., the store taking delivery orders till 10 PM according to online system. No pizza No call till 10.10 PM I called the location nobody answered the phone, pizza never came. I was expecting the call at least the next day for not being delivered, never happened either .. contacted them asked about my order. The lady manager said she had seen note from the driver, he tried to contact us and nobody answered the phone and he was waiting outside. I know that was a total lie ,because me and my kids were sitting at the front room and looking for the pizza delivery through the window. I lost the my points papa rewards points used for the order which I am still I fighting to get it back. I wish I could able to talk to the franchise owner and get it fixed, but the didn't give the number even I asked to the manager. Totally unprofessional !! never ordering...

First time, I ordered from this restaurant I was trying to use the website to order online and pick up the order at the store but for some reason it didn’t work because the order didn’t get saved to checkout. I decided to go to the store in person . After I got home noticed that some areas on the pizza didn’t have cheese . Also, I asked for certain ingredients and I noticed they combined 2 different types of meat! I guess they didn’t have enough of the ingredient I ask on top I noticed the meat was quite overcooked! Usually I don’t left reviews but I was quite disappointed. Hopefully, the store administration get to see this reviews and improve their service. The Restaurant key success is keep customers pleased with the service, sympathy, enthusiasm and hospitality as well as food service and quality ....

I was at this location Monday 07/11/16 at 9:25p.m, I'm not one who likes to go order food last minute, but I figured 35 minutes until closing wouldn't be too bad.

I walk in and was asked if I was here to pick up, I said no I just need two small size pizzas, after saying that the guy behind the counter tells me that they are closed already and that he was sorry.

If the store hours say open from 10:30 a.m til 10:00 p.m. why is the store closed at 9:30 p.m?. If your store hours are not correct they should be updated, now if the employee was just saying that to get out early what kind of service is that?.
