Ive been there couple time and it took forver. Yesterday i picked up a doordash order. There was like ten people working so i thought i should get order fast. I just stood there under online pick up sign no one adressed me. It was busy so i gave them a break. I watched them work and saw how badly managed they were. They were mixing all the orders together online and store orders. Everyone was running around like their heads were cut off. Finally after waiting more than 10 min i told employee i was here for doordash order. She found the receipt order and said ok we got order its coming up. I saw her put receipt on table where they prep orders. She left then came back and started to pack an order which i thought was the doordash order i was waiting for. It looked like a big order so that explained why it was taking so long. She finished packing order then gave it to drivr thru operator so it wasn't mine. Other orders doordash and store orders are being taken care of. Now twenty minutes have gone by i was upset asked another employee what was taken so long. She asked around and said she couldn't find order! I told her that the female employee grabbed receipt and put it on the table. I pointed to employee and she totally denied it! Bottom it took almost half hour for one meal!! The manager was going crazy himself. There has to be better organization there. Read moreMy experience wasn't as great as it could have been. We had to wait 30 minutes for our meal. Which we understood. I brought my family. The staff could have been more polite. There were 2 staff that I recognized who stood out and remained polite. The cashier on this day May 26. Was very nice, always smiling , and another young lady who actually apologized for the long wait with a beautiful smile. These two persons remained the same throughout the busy time. This is not to say all staff were rude, but I feel it could have been a better way to handle their customers. I, too, have worked in a fast food restaurant, and I know how we should conduct ourselves, even during busy situations.
The food was hot and tasted good, but the drinks( lemonade) and (fruit punch)we ordered tasted like water, which they asked if I wanted another one. We took another one only for the lemonade. I didn't take the fruit punch back. But these didn't taste good either, but we didn't bother to go back so as not to offend anyone. They were very busy, but many staff were on duty. Everybody was busy, which I understand, but there was no one to clean tables, We didn't ask anyone either. Because I feel it should be a necessity.
Thanks to all the staff, but especially to the two staff I mentioned. I stand true to my statement. I'm not sure if I'll visit again, if I do. I will certainly look for these two...
Read moreThis location needs some serious work. I been going to them for years and they just seem to get worse each time. Cooperate also does not seem to care as after 3 calls to there office, I had someone take notes on my complaint but never got a call back. There drive thru is worse as every time I used it, I had to go around and wait so they can look good on there time to cooperate while we suffer waiting in the car.
Today is the second time in around two weeks they messed up my order. I stopped going to this location cause of the bad customer service. Update 11/22/2015: well it's been way over a month after I called there home office and three calls later no response even after the last one said they where sending my complaint up to a higher office. Looks like they don't care for anyone's business. Update 4/17/2016: It's been months and yet no contact from Popeyes about this issue and just wanted to update this review, never going back to this location till they clean up there act. Then again, that was the last time I went to any locations cause of this issue. Update 2025: still same issues happening. Does not seem Popeyes wants to fix this location and same person working there taking orders and messing them up. Not only mine but others that same time I was there.
