Horrible service, initial person helping me was great but he moved on to another customer while my new phone was updating so my old phone could finish transferring to the new phone. I came back to find my phone with another lady and she was busy watching videos on her phone and talking to other workers about Christmas decorating and getting what sounded like a co workers husband a deal on a cellphone. Seemed kind sketchy to me. Felt like they were going through a lot of effort to get a deal for a coworker and did not put near as much effort into taking care of regular non att family members.even mentioning using someone’s numbers from a group chat to finalize the transaction. Either way I ended up having to unlock my phone multiple times and keep track of the update and transfer process as the lady “helping” me was too busy and seemed bothered I stuck around. When she told me it was done she showed me how to wipe my old phone and look to see that my apps were there. I left and went to pick up my online grocery order only to find my iCloud had not switched over and ended up going back to the Att parking lot to use the wifi to finish the transfer. Absolutely poor customer service, rude people. I will go to Walmart for any further service...
Read moreThis is the worst place to get a phone or service for a phone on the planet. Customers are lied to over and over. They tell you that they fix an issue, only for you to learn on your paper bills that it hasn't been even looked at. I have finally gotten the issue resolved through the AT&T phone operator, but I have been dealing with this since August 2021. I will be trying a new company out this next week. I now know that I will never use Directv or AT&T ever again. I would rather go without any services than to deal with this company ever again. My husband and I were literally told to leave their office as we would not be helped in this store. When it comes to the directv service I had, I live in an area where we have alot of wind. I finally paid to get out of a 2 year contract after 6 months of very little television. I never had this problem when we had DISH for our service. That being said, I won't be going back to them either because I am tired of paying over $100 a month for 20 minutes of commercials every hour of programming. Read moreNow this is not a complaint to the staff here at the store, in fact I would rate the staff 5 stars for their tremendous efforts and patience with me. The members working here have always been amazing.
Now this rating goes to AT&Ts Phone customer representatives and the very annoying automated computer that does not know when to take a hint that I want to speak to a person and not a freaking computer that's gonna fail anyways and transfer me after wasting my time.
On top of that the over the phone customer representatives went out of their way to confuse me and the in store representatives, not to mention they failed multiple times to transfer my number to my new personal account and then proceeded to waste my time.
I went in at 11:40am to just cancel my business plan and make a personal account with my same phone and number. I didn't get back to my job until 1:38pm.
The in-store representatives are amazing and I thank them again for being patient with me.
