Just ran in to get a new box mod because my old one That I had of two weeks had been giving me problems. I bought a box mod for $71 “including tax” it wasn’t opened at all, still in the hard plastic not ever been used and I was able to fix my old box mod the same day so I no longer need this new box mod, just called to see if they would return the box mod so I can get my money back and they aren’t willing to work with me at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here unless you want to get ripped off by “mason” so they say his name is. He is the manager of this vape shop. Also, asked if I could possibly exchange it for something I could use like batteries, vape juice or whatever else I could use. Like I said though, they won’t work with me on any issues.......

Asked for recommendation of coil to use since they don not carry the color band I have purchased in the past. He said what would work and I bought a box of them. Went to my car to install a new coil and found they did not work at all. Returned to the store and he said that he does what the customer wants only. So I ask for a exchange or refund since he recommended the wrong type coil for my Argus Air. He refused!!! I told him that my Argus was a .6 and since I wasn’t sure about the change and going on his recommendation I bought a .2.
