As the pictures show below we recently got a board from this company. My fiance goes in and customizes his first 100% custom board. The associate forewarned us that they were not that great at this and we said that it was fine we just needed them to put the grip tape on and we will do everything else. As it was being built the associate let a random (to us) non paying customer touch the board and put the wheels on even after being told he would do it himself. We get home from this spot and realize the underside of the deck is all scratched up and the grip tape wasn’t applied correctly. We have tried calling their store number as well as message their Facebook as to come to a resolution. When they could not replace it with the same board they said they could not offer a refund and offered other boards to which he did not want and none of them were remotely close to the color matching scheme the board was customized to be. We are extremely disappointed in this experience and just wanted to give them a chance to make it right but we have not received that. This was the last resort.
