Went in to purchase some new shoes on 5-18 around 5:45. When I entered the store, there was at least 3 employees sitting around on their phones, none of which got up to greet my mom and I. Had minimal assistance when browsing, and when I went to the register to check out, there were no employees present. I waited and waited and waited to be checked out, with no employee in sight. No other customers were in the store at that time, and there were no employees on the sales floor. Employees could be heard in the back, talking and laughing. Although I really wanted the shoes, I left them at the register and ended up taking my business elsewhere. No employees ever came out. Really...

One of my favorite places to shop in town! The staff is awesome and always helpful. They recall you and what you like, but aren't pushy. If I find a shoe they don't have in my size or if I find a style I like online and they carry the brand, they are always super accommodating and can order them in quickly! I'm always impressed with their selection and while some may say the prices are high, I know that the quality is absolutely unmatched- you're getting truly high quality name-brand product, which you cannot find anywhere else in the area!
