I had a really disappointing experience at The Buckle recently. Aydan approached us so we asked for a specific jean size, and instead of checking or offering alternatives, he just said they didn’t have it and probably wouldn’t ever get it again. He also told us they don’t do online orders anymore What makes it worse is that I know this store can offer great service—I used to come in when a young man named Carlos worked there, and he was always helpful, professional, and had a great attitude. The difference between then and now is honestly frustrating.

Don't shop at this store. The customer service sucked. The girl named Audra was so rude. First I saw an Elton John shirt on a mannequin that was up high. I wanted that shirt and she just said they didn't have any more and didn't offer to get it down for me, she just suggested ones right in front of us that I didn't have any interest in. I got a pair of rock revival jeans at 180 and went home to see if I liked them with my shoes and ended up bringing them back into the store to exchange. When I got back to the store this girl sighed at me like I was a burden so I just got my money back. Buckle you just lost a 200 dollar sale because this chick....
