Two employees were there when I went in. An older woman and very young woman. Another customer asked if they had a different size of a dress. The older woman said “this is what the supplier sent” I asked for different size work shirt, the older woman said “ this is what the supplier sent” I bought 2 carhart long sleeve shirts. Both the same 2x. Washed them and tried them on. The green shirt right sleeve is three inches shorter than the left. The other one, looks like it’s a 10x. And sleeve is shorter than the other. My guess is that this place bids on boxes of rejects from the factory and then sells it in the store. Which is why there are no returns. Shop some place else because this place when you ask a question you’ll get silence from a young employee who clearly doesn’t want to be there or “this is what the supplier sent” from a woman who doesn’t care about...

Made a trip to Liberal specifically to go here. I was in there for all of 3 minutes and will not be returning. I have never been treated so poorly my a store's staff for simply looking at their inventory. I went into the back where they have boots on display and the seats to use when trying on boots. And older lady called the manager to the back very angry because I was "In the back looking at boots." And all I was told is I was not allowed in the back. If I was in a spot that isn't for customers fine I understand that, but maybe don't have all your displays there or the benches for customers? Maybe put signs up so customers know its an employee only area? And maybe treat your customs like actual people. I will happily take my...

The crazy house is the best place in the entire region to go buy boot. They are knowledgeable and helpful and they have an inventory that is completely out of this world. The store is very well stocked. They accidentally put the wrong boot in my Box.. One wrong size boot.. L o l. I called and talked to the manager Preston Scott, He was more than happy to mail me my boot because I lived out of town. I would recommend crazy house to anybody who wanted to buy clothing or shoes or boots oops. Well...
