Pancake House — Restaurant in Liberal

This is 2nd time I've eaten here in the last year. I'm giving 2 stars. The first time the food was good, service was fair. This time I got seated quickly by the host during a busy Saturday morning. My coffee and water came to the table quickly. But then it was all downhill. Two tables right next to me cleared out. Within moments both were soon occupied with guests by the time I was done with my menu and ready to order. I waited. I waited more. My coffee was nearly empty...still waiting. Then I see a server approach one of the tables that was just seated. She takes their order. A few minutes later she approaches the other table. Takes their order. My coffee is nearly done. I wait...and wait. They're busy so I wait a little longer. The server is making rounds and checking on people. There I sit. Menu closed, coffee gone. I leave enough change on the table to cover the coffee and get up and leave...hungry, all without a word from anybody. This visit should be 1⭐ but because of my first visit I'll give this place 2 stars. Will I return? Likely, yes. I travel through here. I'll give it one more...

Walked in and was sat down quickly by a nice young lady. She made the experience a bit better entering and leaving the famous Pancake House. The only reason I gave this place a 2 star was because of our waitress. I understand we all have our bad days but she was being seriously incompetent. She hardly spoke and when she did it was clear she wasn’t happy to help us. After we ordered our drinks she decided it was a great idea to throw straws at the table. Continuing with the bad behavior after we got our meals she never went to check up on us. We had to bother the young lady in the front for a to go box. The attitude was absolutely ridiculous and I did hear someone mention her name I can’t recall clearly but it sounded like Elizabeth? I’m not completely positive but i strongly agree management gets onto her about her bad attitude. We all have bad days but why put that on someone else? Pancakes were absolutely delicious but that one person managed to ruin the most important...

We stopped in to this place while traveling. My husband and I each ordered the 8ounce sirloin with eggs. We ordered the home fries and pancakes. It was not an 8 ounce sirloin as the menu claims. Every bit of the food came out cold. We let them know, they put it in the microwave. You do not put steak in the microwave. So we speak to the manager and she indicated that she would have microwaved it if it was her food. Then when I told her I could not even chew it, she says well when you order it we'll done as she shrugs her shoulders. I did not order it we'll done, I know my temps especially since we eat out often, I have no upper teeth so I know what temp I require to enjoy my steak. Based on all other restaurants to get a slightly pink steak you have to order it medium well. Which we did expecting a sirloin as the menu claims. This microwaved medium well sirloin was worse than eating...
