Edit: I tried to have them fix it before my wedding but their fix made it worse. After the message sent I do not feel comfortable going back. We have tried to get a refund but no luck.

Would leave negative stars if I could. This business is disgusting and should not be in business.

Had my hair done for my wedding there last month and they messed it up the first time and they said they would fix it for free. They “fixed” my hair I guess. They didn't even let me see my hair before making me fill out a review. They took a photo of my hair and kept saying they loved it and I just agreed so I could finally leave. I got home and it was still NOTHING like what I asked for and if they would have said they couldn't do what I asked I wouldn’t have went. They made it seem like I was stealing from them asking them to fix my hair and basically forced me to do a review before I could leave. She also sent me the most disgusting message after my husband disputed the charge because my hair was horrible or made it really hard to style for my wedding. It was nothing like what I asked for. The total was also $70 more than I was told and I know for a fact that extra bowls of color were used. And they didn’t say anything about the extra bowls before already starting on my hair.

Went in with Mariposaesthetics and I told her how I have trust issues with anyone doing my hair and I went in for a haircut… I had decently long hair so this was a whole change for me along with curtain bangs. She did amazing and made me really happy how it turned out. My hair still needs some extra love, but I love how it turned out and how it will look when it’s wavy/curly-ish. She also talked to me about some things I can do for my hair to be healthier and how to care for semi curly hair which is something I really appreciated.
