Ed is a very courteous cook and runs the entire Cafe. I don't know why anyone would leave a bad review and it does not reflect how the place actually is. I like the food alot and he is always gou g above and beyond for the customers there. The Breakfast Burritos are huge and well worth the money

The gentleman who runs this entire cafe is an awesome cook. He is a one man show, he also serves and takes orders. I mean it when I say his soups are some of the best I’ve had in Spokane.
