Honestly unsure about atmosphere or service because I did not go in, I ordered through door dash. The food was pretty good, not perfect like the pictures…. BUT I don’t think ANY restaurant lives up to their advertisement pics, EVER!!!! The soup was good and was a mystery at first. It does not say on door dash what you are getting, except “soup of the day!” I lucked out, it was broccoli and cheese…I am a fan and it was delicious. I also had some Cobb salad and that was one of the reasons I gave them a 4 instead of 5. It was missing certain ingredients like the hard boiled eggs and at other places I had it with avocado BUT they didn’t say their salad had that I went back and checked. I was also not a fan of the dressing they use, it is on the side so that was good. Normally I make it and see it with cheese, like blue cheese crumbles and then a nice vinaigrette. Again, every place is different so it really depends on what a person likes. I didn’t see much cucumber, but there was a fair amount of tomato and bacon bits. The price was decent like they said and with no egg or cheese or avocado, I think that really helps keep costs down!!!! Eggs are OUTRAGEOUS right now!!! Still tasted good, but it would of been so much better to up the price and put the chicken, avocado, cheese, and egg!!!! Thats my opinion!!! The sandwiches were good, they were a pastrami, Blt, and club. I had part of the club and it was decent. Good sourdough bread, decent amount of meat on my sandwich. Nothing really stood out as bad or anything. The person that had the Blt was disappointed…..BUT…. I have NEVER seen a place pile on bacon on a Blt. She did say the mayo had kind of a sweet taste, kinda different, but good not disappointing or foul tasting. I would eat here again. I really like their soup and I want to try the French dip!!! I will also try to remember pics, I always forget to get pics!!! Like I said though, you cant really fault their pics because ALL RESTAURANTS for the most part, take these gorgeous, perfect, large, and flawless menu item photos and if they were waaaaaay off I would complain, but they weren’t and the food isn’t horrible or extremely...
Read moreI love SF Sourdough. I’ve lived in liberty lake for years and have yet to experience customer service like this from this particular branch...except tonight. From Jessica. Jessica made our sandwiches tonight for the second time. The first time we arrived home and discovered that a few of the custom ingredients we asked for were missing and that the amount of meat that is normally on a sandwich was a lot less. When my husband went in to pick up the sandwiches and was not only glared at when he walked in, but was treated like a nuisance throughout both times he’s ordered from Jessica. The first time we said to ourselves, “maybe she’s just having a terrible night”... Then tonight, we went back for the same sandwiches to have a few more ingredients left out and the quality far less than it should be. I decided to go back and ask for my ingredients and to explain that this was the second time this had happened to us. I was greeted by Jessica, if you could even call it that. A glare and completely ignoring your presence isn’t much of a greeting if you ask me. It was then my turn to the counter and I explained to her that I was missing key ingredients. Long story short, she argued with me about whether or not she put them on and if she had done anything wrong. I mentioned this wasn’t the first time this had happened and I received the second glare of the evening. In the end she gave me the ingredients that were missing but wouldn’t remake the sandwiches. Till the end she was absolutely terrible in both personality and courtesy. I am honestly shocked that this person can maintain employment at a place receiving daily customers. I was instantly off put the moment I walked in and the two times my husband walked in he came home saying she was completely intolerable. Please continue to eat here, as all of the other times we’ve been in have been great, but avoid evenings close to closing because Jessica will make you regret spending $9.25...
Read moreVery disappointed with my order today. I have always loved ordering from this place until today. I ordered online and had my parents pick up the order when I got home from work I looked at the sandwiches and there was nothing on them. 1 small mound of turkey that wasn’t even spread out on the bread along with two slices of cheese no veggies at all.the second sandwich had very little ham and same with the turkey. When I called to discuss the matters with Jordan the assistant “manager” she seemed friendly and asked for me to bring the sandwiches back and they would “remake” them. I decided that $40 and returning sandwiches to be remade during a pandemic probably wasn’t the best thing and that I would rather get a refund as I had returned their sandwiches and the half cup of soup. When I arrived Jordan refused to refund my payment and called the owner who was sure to tell us how he has never had a complaint and they measure their meats and cheeses. The problem was the way the sandwiches were prepared and the fact that I spent $40 for a sandwich I easily could have purchased at a local gas station and they had zero integrity or pride in their sandwich shop in the first place. I will not be returning ever again which is extremely sad because I frequently order from here for my work staff. Also Jordan the “assistant manager” was not wearing a mask and was sure to have her head out the window discussing...
