Was excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Liberty Lake and was anxious to try it out. The restaurant is not ready for prime time. The waiter told us they do not have and have no plans on serving pho with egg noodle. Half of the appetizers listed on the menu were not available as well as other menu items listed.
In a few months if they are serving pho with egg noodle we will try the restaurant once again.
The restaurant is clean and the staff did try to put together a meal but as I stated they are not ready for prime time.
We asked for steamed vegetables but they do not steam anything other than rice.
I am a 25 year experienced customer of many Vietnamese restaurants so this experience was a shock and disappointment to me.
I hope the owners pull it together and wish them success.
Tried this restaurant once again. Still no egg noodles but I tried the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice. Was excellent the both times I tried it. Very clean and great service. Would rate it 5 stars but that is reserved for Pho with...
Read moreThe restaurant is in a good location, decor was standard for a Vietnamese restaurant. The food tasted good. I would recommend that they make chili paste for the pho. The best Vietnamese restaurant in the area does this... My reason for 3 stars was the poor service. This restaurant has not been open for more than a few weeks. It is so important in these first few months that you make good impressions or else you can never develop a customer base. I drive by it every day and for months my family and I have been anticipating its opening. I hope the owner reads this and is able to give the same care and attention to developing his/her staff as they did...
Read moreI walked into their restaurant and asked a lady inside if I could please see their takeout menu or dine in menu.... ? The same lady told me to instead to go online and use google to "view" menu. I'm actually glad because after viewing their previous customer's photos online their food prices were outrageously priced, so, we decided to go to a different Vietnamese restaurant that was more...
