We recently needed to have my husband’s broken necklace repaired, and after being quoted prices that were nearly 35% higher elsewhere, we decided to visit Lorraine Fine Jewelry in Liberty Lake, WA. From the very first moment, our experience with the owner, Naim, was nothing short of wonderful.

Naim was incredibly courteous, polite, and warm—truly human in the best sense of the word. During our conversation, we discovered that we both came from neighboring countries, and it instantly felt like talking to an old friend. It was such a heartwarming connection.

Today we picked up the repaired necklace, and we were absolutely blown away. The craftsmanship is flawless—you could never tell it had ever been broken. Naim is, without a doubt, a master jeweler.

My wife likes to buy cool classic jewelry that doesn't have any markings/stamps on them which can make it difficult to find anyone to repair them when needed. Naim is the owner and he is great! I have came here several times for jewelry repairs ( still need to make a purchase ) and have always been pleased with both the customer service and quality of work. Great thing about Naim is - he is a Master of his trade, he does not need to send out jewelry for repairs, he does all repairs in-house. He has been repairing jewelry his whole life and learned from his father. Today I was able to peek in on his work while he repaired my wife's ring ( with no markings ) It was cool seeing him use his super small torch and adhere a sliver of gold to the ring, then used his old school polisher from the 60s-70s to clean it up. I worked with Lorraine Jewelry to create a custom setting for a ruby that I got during my honeymoon 5 years ago. I was able to show several designs that I liked and we worked to create a setting that had the aesthetic I liked while keeping my stones safe. They provided computer renders of the design. I am so happy with the end result. I wanted something contemporary/modern that didn't look like an engagement ring and that I could wear daily. The ring is solid and looks wonderful. Honestly the pics don't do it Justice. They created just what I was looking for with the added benefit of decades of knowledge to create a piece that will last against daily wear.
