If you are a metro customer get away. If you pay attention their prices are always changing and the most expensive but have the worst service and customer service. We are in America but this company is ran amd operated by a bunch or foreigners. Whether you're going into the store or calling customer service you'll never get someone who speaks English or who is from America. There is never any fair prices and I believe they scam money out of people legally by running a cell phone company to do it.. Metro sucks horribly and again it would be great to be in business with a company who is American made owned and operated because they're greedy just as the foreign owned corner store's in every city who shops at Walmart then marks up the price on items that are clearly marked not to be sold separately. Read moreI took a resident from a Nursing home that is mentally and physically disabled to buy a phone the 2 employees a younger female and middle aged Arab descent overcharged him when noticing he was disabled. Since I work for nursing home and took him I asked for an itemized receipt of his purchase. That's when I found out he was severely overcharged. I asked that they give him back his money and was told to leave. I left and called customer service who told me go back so they can speak to him. He instantly became irate yelling and cursing at me for standing up for a disabled individual. He ignored customer service and still refused to refund what they overcharged for. He began cursing at me, and yelling several obscenities. Customer service told me to leave and call Corporate Offices. Speaking of my bill I was paying $70 a month for two lines, seen an advertisement about it being $85, asked the worker if it is going up in price and he said no, that is for new coustomers, mine won't be affected. Next month new person working, asked me for that $85 plus the standard fee of $3 and I contested it. She looked into my account and sad it has always been that price.
