THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN HERE, EVER!!! AND ALL I ORDERED WAS WONTON SOUP AND EGG ROLLS, FOR TAKE OUT!!! This place has continually gotten worse and worse over the years, they're a FAR cry worse than the excellence they had from the old location, the food isn't as good, the staff is lazy, and understaffed, the owner is too focused on raising the price and cutting portion sizes to a third of a normal Chinese restaurant's size, the atmosphere is horrid, and they are EXTREMELY disorganized in both the front and the back, ESPECIALLY in the front end, I came in to get two large wonton soups with extra crispy noodles, and three shrimp egg rolls, FOR TAKE OUT !!!......TWO HOURS LATER I'M STILL SITTING HERE WAITING !!!! with about 18 other people crammed into the lobby, either waiting to be seated, OR take out also, and are being IGNORED, the occasional beeping of the register in the back ground, and the hit play/rewind hit play sound of the cashier apologising for the long wait..... This is REDICULOUS !!! And when I asked how much longer wait it will be, and if I'm going to recieve a discount for waiting 2 hours for soup and 3 egg rolls, the owners wife snaps at me like a rabid dog and snarles at me, " WE'RE DOING OUR BEST, SO WAIT!!!"... Nice, huh? ..... Screw this place, it's gone the way of MOST business in the area..... DOWN THE TOILET!!! avoid this place at all costs!!! P.S.- and After they FINALLY came out with my order, it was COLD and the bag was soaked at the bottom with grease, THEN she offered to "re-fry" my eggrolls!!! I was like, " HELL NO!!" I WANT FRESH!!!" so she goes back again, and 10 minutes later she rings me up....19 DOLLARS!!! FOR 3 EGG ROLLS AND TWO WONTON SOUPS!!!!! I was like "WHAT?!?!?!?" I told her she could keep it and eat it herself, I wasn't paying for that crappy service and food, and promptly left. NEVER AGAIN HUNAN!!! You lost a long time loyal customer, because of selfishness, the owners greed, disorganization, and laziness from the staff.........

We just left Golden Hunan...the service was terrible. The food was even worse. The best thing was the ice water we had to drink. We ordered general tsos chicken and crispy shrimp. The chicken-not even sure if it was chicken...was discolored and had an odor to it, it was not edible. The crispy shrimp was all breading and over cooked, the green onions in the sauce were burnt which made the sauce taste terrible. After we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the waitress to come back to see how our food was, she asked if we wanted a box, I said no, the food was terrible. She said she would go speak with the "boss". When she came back she said her boss said she was not coming to speak with us, and that we still had to pay for terrible, uneaten food. Being the bigger people , we paid our bill, left the waitress (who gave terrible service)a tip, and told them we would NEVER be back again. We were not asking for our whole bill to be free, we did have soup and eggrolls, and our son had fried rice, we just did not want to pay for foul tasting food that we clearly did not eat.I have never experienced such horrible customer service, the manager would not even come and speak with us. We will never go back there again. We apparently aren't the only ones who feel this way, because for it being a Saturday night, there were only about 5 tables filled in the...

Human chicken with fried rice EXCEPTIONAL as well as garlic chicken, wonton soup and egg roll. Enjoyed the crisp wide noodles with hot mustard and duck sauce to dip in. Service was right on point, very professional yet didn't hover over our table. I customized the hunan dish by omitting the celery & carrots & adding mushrooms and it was not frowned upon-served perfectly as ordered. Sauce was VERY delicious, a bit warm (not HOT) and a hint of sweetness. Order came out so quickly which was delightful. Lots to do around the holidays so any way to expedite time is appreciated. Only disappointment was no egg foo young on the menu ( it too is a favorite)and crab is totally KRAB (imitation) which I...
