The service is awesome and the food is really good. They make sure their customers are taken care of and that you become a regular or returning customer. I was going to have surgery on my throat 5/3/23 and I stopped by to grab some smothered pork chops for my last meal for the next 3 weeks. That special wasn’t on the menu for the day but he made it for me always knowing about my surgery and even though it was a great portion and I couldn’t finish it all I sure did try. I’m from Cali and since moving to Ohio haven’t found many good soul food spots but this is now my 1 of 2...

WHY do you ask? Well, EACH time I come by during their own posted working hours THEY AREN'T OPEN! This was the second time to travel all this way and they're closed. Waited about 10 mins in 85° weather and nada. I see another review says the same thing.

I wanna help keep my local places going but to waste your customers time without even a note on the door says a LOT about how this places feels about its potential customers. Some of us don't have gas money to waste at...

I was in the restaurant on a day they were closed. The place smelled like old stale grease. In the back, nothing was clean. The fryers had old, dark oil with stuff floating in it. Everything was oily and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

After seeing what I saw, I would never eat anything that came out of that...
