I really feel like I was duped. I don't feel like they did anything at all with my computer and I was duped into paying them a diagnostics fee. I took my computer in because the screen wasn't working. They call me back saying it can't be fixed and that it would be more expensive to get the parts than to just buy a new computer and they mention they'd buy my computer from me to offset the cost. Suspicious. I take my computer back and pay there fee. When I sat down with the owner initially he mentioned that a possible cause for my problem was the cords inside had become unseated somehow and that 90% of the time this was the problem. Lo and behold, when I take my computer apart and reseat some plugs my computer is back to life! I don't know a darn thing about computers! Read moreMy son's custom built gaming computer started shutting off randomly during intense gameplay. I thought it was a faulty power supply. I brought it in and Linda took a look and determined it was actually the graphics card...the fan wasnt turning and the card was overheating causing it to shut down. So I purchased and put in an upgraded graphics card on my own, but then it wouldn't boot up at all. So I thought maybe the power supply may have been the culprit after all. So I brought it back in, Linda took another look at it, checked the connections, and did a full power down. Not sure what she did, but the next try it booted right up! I had a desktop computer that had over 800 viruses detected which included pop-ups on my home screen, and Linda was able to clean it all up and help me install a free antivirus software to prevent any future problems. I also had an old hard drive tower that she was able to recover hundreds of pictures of my children. I am so thankful for the service and the time that she spent helping me.
