We reserved a large party of like 15 people. This party took up both sides of the grill, as in it used both grill sections. Not only did they take forever to come cook the food, the cooks didn't even come at the same time.
The side we were on the cook came first. He was confused as to what each person ordered, despite having asked 4 times going one by one. One person on our side ordered sushi, and didn't even order from the hibachi grill, and this was relayed to the cook 4 TIMES ("She did not order from the grill, she ordered sushi only!").
When it comes time to cook, each person's order is prepped and on a cart. All of us ordered Chicken & Shrimp, except one who ordered Steak and shrimp. He cooked all of the food at once, and then divides it to each person. Mind you we had a 3 year old little girl on our side, yet she was given the largest portion of food, including Shrimp. To make things even worse, the cook insisted on giving a portion to the person who only ordered sushi. This person keep giving the food to her husband's plate, so he got a double portion of everything, plus the entire steak to himself. My plate was pretty dismal, and at $20 a plate, it's pretty upsetting.
To add to the problem, both sides of the grill didn't start cooking at the same time, our side started 5 mins before, and the other cook, the late one finished first (same amount of people).
I personally will never go back here. The cooks don't know how to portion food fairly or coordinate with each other. Also they show bias when dividing the food. How can a toddler receive more food than an adult. This makes the parents of the toddler happy as they get a huge to go box of food.
Lastly, the food was mediocre at best. The holindase sauce was like yellow cornstarch pudding. Just awful. Egg yolk, clairified butter and a double boiler is pretty easy to use. They have no clue. The bullion cube base chicken soup was terrible.
If your going to give a business $300-400 worth of revenue, they need to step up and don't right. I recommend to eat...
Read moreOn May 29th, I purchased one Las Vegas Roll, one extra eel sauce and one crab rangoon. I ordered via Delivery through Fuji Sushi & Grill's official website. I received my food and it was very wet to the point that it was soggy, cold, and mushy. But that wasn't the problem, the problem is my food had hair in it. I immediately contacted Fuji Sushi & Grill and told them my food had hair in it.
They told me, they will remake it. I was like,"Okay. Thank you so very much." Remember when I said I had ordered via delivery. I was under the expectation that I would be getting my food redelivered.
Hours later my food still hasn't got here. So I called again. Then they finally informed me they didn't have any way to have my food delivered. So I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't do it because their manager wasn't there.
So I contacted the delivery service (Doordash and I believe it was MenuFy) they both told me to contact the restaurant again to receive a refund for the food I couldn't eat.
I contacted Fuji Sushi & Grill again and this time they told me they didn't know how to do refunds. So I contacted MenuFy and they called the restaurant and I got a partial refund.
I am still owed $15.84. I paid for delivery, taxes, service fee for food I couldn't even eat. That's not fair. DoorDash and MenuFy told me to contact the bank and do a chargeback and that they will help with the investigation as much as they can.
It is July 8th, 2022 and I still haven't the rest of my refund yet. I would not recommend Fuji Sushi & Grill to anybody. This is absolute...

We got there around 5:45, they took awhile to get our order and we had to wait until another family sat down and ordered before the chef came out around 6:45, which was an hour later! He ignored us and made conversation with the other family. He completely skipped asking me how I want my food. I ordered steak and shrimp and he gave me half a steak and 6 shrimp while piling shrimp and steak on the other family. He kept saying stuff about us being Asian and how the other family was white and that's just ridiculous, continuously commenting how we are asian. So what if I am asian? The picture I posted is exactly all he gave me, this was right as he finished piling food on the other families plates. 30 dollars for this plate of half a steak and 6 shrimp, lukewarm(at best) onion soup and a small salad.
