Good product but super slow shipping. I paid for expedited shipping. I’m two hours away from their home store and it took five days to get here. They had me download some random app to check when it would arrive. It wanted access to all my email. At first the app said it would arrive on time then it was delayed two days. Missed the birthday deadline I was trying to hit. Very disappointed. When you order make sure you don’t need it for 7-10...

(Google acct is under my husbands name) I have been a N&S customer for over 4 years now. I love her creative designs and the leather she uses is just beautiful! Whenever I’m in KC I make it a point to go to their HQ in Liberty. The stores atmosphere is always so relaxing and inviting. Since I’m not a local, I shop online frequently. Check them out.
