Subway — Restaurant in Liberty

This location is overall pretty great. My kids enjoy going here.

Note: If you're looking to enjoy a salad, it's not the same as they used to be. The ingredients are fresh and taste good. The problem is they don't use the normal clear salad container anymore and instead opt for the smaller "protein bowl" bowls which give you much less. I ordered "more" lettuce to try to get ahead of this and it was not given to me like that. In fact, it was simply enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. It was mostly the standard amount of cucumbers and tomatoes with a touch of lettuce. They don't seem to pay much attention to the "more" or "less" when you order online. They also forgot another topping I had on my order.

With all of that said, my kids always enjoy the subs. The manager lady is always very friendly and greets you warmly. We will definitely come back here. (I just won't waste my time or money on salads anymore lol) They seem to stay pretty busy too. Several times I've been there and they were slicing up new batches of meet and out of items. (That's a good sign cuz it's better than sitting there forever getting funky) Plus, it always smells really good...

We ordered three sandwiches for my kids football game. They were out of the footlong cookie. Lettuce, tomatoes we ordered it with everything on it. I dropped off the food at the kids football game and I went home. My kids call me and tell me that the only thing that they have on there is mayonnaise the chicken no sweet onion teriyaki sauce, a bunch of jalapeños and nothing else they threw those sandwiches away. I called them and I have to bring the sandwiches back in order for them to go ahead and replace it when we were about maybe 35 minutes away from there I was not gonna drive from the house back over there just for the sandwiches so I called and I asked to speak to a manager. She spoke to me very rude. I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she said well she’s not here and she’s hardly ever here and she said there’s nothing she can do about it and she hung up. I tried calling back and she never picked up if I were you I would drive that extra mile to go to a different subway. These people treat customers paying...

I had an order placed a week in advance for box lunches, to be picked up promptly at 11 AM for a work event. When I arrived NOTHING was ready. They claim they never even got the order in...but I placed it via Phone via The main subway line. It is them sent directly to the store. The employees were slow and having a better time complaining about my $350. She even said this job for her wasn't worth the $×.×× an hour she makes here. TOTAL I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. This made me late for the event I WAS HOSTING. Just a total lack of caring and professionalism here.
